Supplier Requirements

Valeport Water Limited (company number: 10535323) is committed to conducting its business in accordance with ethical practices and the law. Accordingly, it is expected that all persons and entities supplying goods or services (“Supplier”) either to or on behalf of Valeport Water shall conform to the following Supplier Requirements as a condition of the agreement and of doing business with Valeport Water (including all companies in the same group of companies of which it forms part):
– Anti-tax evasion policy;
– Anti-slavery policy;
– Anti-bribery policy;
– Data processing agreement; and
– Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items Policy,
(collectively the “Supplier Requirements”).
The Supplier Requirements set out above are effective as of August 2020 and may be updated from time to time. Previous versions will be made available on this page, for reference as archived documents.
